Sleep was comfortable. Evening front desk clerk was very helpful on information pertaining to Pearsall areas. Made me fell welcome. Kudos to her (Olga).

The staff was very pleasant to talk to. The hotel, though not modern and in need of a bit of updating felt cozy and family oriented. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I always use holiday Inn as my preferred when I travel especially for business and it always worked out and know what to expect especially with free breakfast. This was no deviation. All my questions were answered and requested information provided. Was conveniently located as well.

The breakfast was really good, the employee working always made sure everyone had what they needed, was always polite and always had a smile , location and access to everything was a plus
